Launch TunePat Netflix Video Downloader on Mac, click on the icon on the upper right corner of the screen and click “Register" to open the registration window.
Copy and paste your Email address and license code that you have received from the email into the pop-up dialog window. Then click "OK" to register the program.

Cause: The video you want to download is not available in your country.
Solution: Please make sure the video can be played on Netflix web player on the browser.
Cause: A wrong PIN code was entered or you didn't enter the code to allow the download.
Solution: Please enter the correct PIN code to get the download succeed.
Cause: Too many people are using your account right now, causing the download to fail.
Solution: Please check your Netflix stream plan limits and stop playing videos on other screens.
If you get "Failed -102, -103, and -200", please contact the support team via email: email@example.com, please tell us the detailed information about the problem and send us the log files for analysis.
Cause: The video cannot be downloaded due to the selected audio tracks and subtitles are failed to download.
Solution: Please remove the video from the downloading list and download it again. If the video still cannot be downloaded, please send us the video's URL, the screenshots of your selected audio tracks and subtitles in the "Advanced Download" window.
In addition, please send us the log files for analysis. Click Menu > Open log file, you will see a “logs” folder. Please send us all the files in this folder.
Solution: Please log out and log back into your Netflix account on TunePat. And then click the title that you want to download to check if it can be played normally in the popup web player. In some cases, some titles may not available to watch, resulting in that they are failed to be downloaded by TunePat.
Solution: It may be caused by unstable internet or download time-out. Please try to download the videos again when the network is stable.
Please make sure the video you want to download can be played normally on Netflix web player. Netflix provides the primary account holder a right to control viewing with a PIN, called Parental Controls to avoid the children watching the content rated above your selected maturity level and specific TV shows or movies. If you are asked to input the PIN code when watching a video, it means you are banned to access to the video. In this case, please change the setting to let the video available for download.
Please play episode 1 of the season you want to download on Netflix web player and skip the recap of the previous season, then copy and paste video'URL into TunePat to download.
